Lucky Lunds!: Lia's 3rd Birthday!

Our little Lia is 3! Yea! What fun! Here is a picture of her birthday board (which all three girls were SO excited about and wanted to help with!). Kallie made the happy birthday Lia page and Emma colored a picture of the three sisters together. They were great helpers! Kallie was so excited about Lia's birthday she could hardly sleep. At 5am on Lia's birthday she got up, came into the kitchen, set the table with plates, bowls, etc. put individual oatmeal packets in each of our bowls, wrote sweet notes to each person in the family and put them by their place! It was so darling. At 5:30 am dad found Kallie working so hard and sent her back to bed for an hour or so. We had a fun birthday breakfast... so fun because of Kallie's extra special touch!

And, here's our birthday girl! So proud to hold up three fingers now! We do a birthday interview each year and Lia was so happy to know that she is 36" tall, weighs 29.5 pounds, wears a size 7 shoe, and loves PINK! So much that we had a pink cupcake party (very low keep of course, 'cause that is how we are).

Lia was so happy to have "pinkalicious" cupcakes and ice cream with our neighbor, Louise, who Lia shares a birthday with, as well as her cousins, Tana, Liddy, and Allie! It was a great party! Here are Lia and Louise getting ready to blow out their candles!
