A Hike and trip to the Beach

We love UEA! It means a few days to spend with Dad! Sometimes we do fun things like get our teeth cleaned and cavities filled (not really very much fun!). This year we decided to skip the teeth cleaning, and go for a hike! (literally!) We walked the Limber Pine Trail in Logan Canyon instead! It was a blast!

Katie sitting on a "chair tree", one of several trees which were transformed from straight trees into "chair trees" from heavy snow that sat on parts of them in the winters. This one makes a great horse!
Here's another chair tree (and our attempt at a family picture!) A few friends and their families happened to be walking up the trail at the same time we were so they took a picture of us!

After the hike we went to Bear Lake for a picnic and more fun (see next post).
