While Andy and I were in Austria, we ate at an Italian Restaurant. Andy ordered a calzone. It was amazing! See? Isn't it a beautiful calzone? I quickly took a picture so I could practive making one that looked like it. I haven't made one that is that beautiful, but I have come close. Here's my version, my best attempt so far at a real italian calzone, minus the sauce and cheese on top! I was so pleased I just had to post it!
